iQagent runs on a server that you control: your own server, a cloud server you manage, or a virtual machine. The equipment data, documents, forms and photos your people use in iQagent are stored on that server. iQagent, Inc. does not receive them and does not have access to them unless you send them to us, for example for support.
Your administrators decide which people have accounts and what information those accounts can see. If you manage accounts for other people, you are responsible for telling them how their data is used.
iQagent does not send any data back to iQagent, Inc. The software does not send usage data, crash reports or license checks to us.
Push notifications are optional and configured by you. You choose which conditions trigger one, for example when a process value meets a limit you set. Notifications are delivered through the notification services of Apple and Google, which receive the device address and the notification content needed to deliver the message. Notifications are sent from your iQagent server directly to those services. iQagent, Inc. does not operate any service in between and does not see them. Because you write the notification text, avoid putting confidential information in it.
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this notice first.
Our demo video is hosted by YouTube. We embed it in a privacy-enhanced mode that does not set tracking cookies until you play the video. When you play it, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse.
If you request a demo, a quote or support, we receive your name, email address and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply and to provide the service you asked about.
If you book a demo, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which receives the name, email address and any notes you enter when you book. See Calendly’s privacy policy for how it uses that information.
We do not sell your personal information.
iQagent is currently sold by invoice. We keep the name, company, email address, billing address and order details needed to issue the license, send invoices, provide support and meet accounting and tax obligations. We do not collect card numbers on this website.
UPDATE WHEN PADDLE GOES LIVE: say that orders are processed by Paddle as seller of record, which collects payment details, and that you receive name, company, email, country and order details. The extractor notice has wording you can reuse.
We keep contact and customer records for as long as we need them to support you and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by writing to the address below. Some laws, such as those in California and the European Economic Area, give you additional rights, and we will honor them.
If we change this notice, we will update the date above.
